Shana Francis, founder of The PE Aid, is a young Black educator who achieved her dream role as a senior lecturer in Initial Teacher Education within six years. With a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE, she's passionate about mentoring new teachers. Pursuing an MA in Leadership in Education, Shana empowers educators with innovative mentoring, focusing on well-being and modern practices.
