its terrible. I brought hundreds of leads and no response. Even when emailing their team back and forth with contracts they were rude. Save your time they are only making money by having 10k members at $17.99 a month. do the math they dont care about deals they care about keeping you in.

It is not what I expected I asked Richard few times for help he send me to his team I still haven’t get the help I needed to close deals and plus you have to pay extra for one oh one help. It is been three months in here trying to close deals ask for help to over saturated.

A good concept in theory, however extremely oversaturated with 1000s of members vying for the same several properties that meet the limited requirements from limited buyers on their platform buy box cartel.

Just took my money and banned me with zero explanation, I wasted more then three hours watching the training video.
